RADvisor LLC (“we”) operates KnockRadar and this website. This page describes how we handle information. It is an operational policy for customers, reviewers, and the App Store. It is not legal advice.
This public website
The pages at knockradar.com that you can read without signing in describe the company and how to contact us. They do not include maps, knock history, sales records, or other restricted field or provider data. We do not use those public pages to collect account passwords or customer lists.
Invite-only accounts
KnockRadar is not a public signup product. An administrator invites each user. We store the email address and password credentials needed to sign in, plus profile details the user or administrator saves (such as name, home market, and appearance). There is no self-serve registration on this site.
Field and canvassing records
Authorized users may record door outcomes, notes, household details they choose to enter, area assignments, and file attachments tied to field work. That information is for the invited team. It is not published on the public website.
Location on the iOS app
The KnockRadar iOS app may use the device location while a representative is on shift so the map and canvassing tools can show where they are working. Location is a product feature for signed-in field use. It is not required to read this public website.
Sales evidence
Teams may upload screenshots and related notes so administrators can review submitted accounts. Those files and extracted fields stay in the private product. We do not post that evidence on the public site.
Map intelligence
The signed-in maps combine public sources (such as FCC and Census publications) with team and, where authorized, provider information. Restricted provider and field data stay behind sign-in. The public company pages do not expose those layers.
We do not sell personal data
We do not sell personal information. We use it to operate KnockRadar for invited teams, to secure accounts, and to respond to support requests sent to us.
